Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing an order, which will help you understand the delivery process, timelines and related policies.
1. Shipping Destinations
Our shipping location is Guangdong, China. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. For remote areas that are difficult to deliver, our customer service will contact you via email within 2 working days to confirm the delivery plan or adjust the order.
Remote areas are defined according to the latest official remote area list of our partnered logistics carriers (UPS). For orders delivered to remote areas, additional remote area surcharges may apply. Our customer service will contact you within 2 working days after order placement to confirm the surcharge and delivery plan before shipping. You can choose to cancel the order for a full refund if you do not accept the additional fee.

2. Order Processing Time
After you place an order successfully, we will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding Sunday and public holidays). The processing includes order verification, product quality inspection, packaging and handover to the logistics partner. If the product is out of stock temporarily, we will notify you via email in time and inform you of the expected restock time and delivery schedule.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide two shipping methods and select the appropriate one based on order weight and shipping address. The delivery time varies according to the shipping method and your receiving address, as shown below (the time is calculated after order processing is completed):

Note: Delivery time is an estimate only, not a guarantee. It may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, peak seasons (such as Christmas, Black Friday) or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to coordinate with logistics companies to ensure timely delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for both shipping methods is calculated based on the total actual weight of the order (including product packaging).
The shipping fee structure is as follows:
- Up to 1 kg: $12 per order
- 1 to 4.9999 kg: $10 per kg
- 5 to 14.9999 kg: $19 per 2 kg
- 15 to 39.9999 kg: $42.5 per 5 kg
- 40 to 89.9999 kg: $80 per 10 kg
- 90 to 169.9999 kg: $150 per 20 kg
- Above 170 kg: Flat rate of $2000 per order
All weights are measured in kilograms (kg).

Note: For bulky but lightweight items (such as foam products, fluffy home textiles), we will adopt the “weight taking the larger value” principle, i.e., the shipping fee will be calculated based on the larger value between the actual weight and the dimensional weight. The formula for dimensional weight is: Dimensional Weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 6000 (universal standard for major couriers such as UPS and EMS).
For orders over 20 kg, shipping costs can be customized based on your requirements.For orders that are not time-sensitive, sea freight is a more cost-effective shipping option.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number and a link to track the logistics status. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website, entering the “My Orders” page, and clicking the “Track Order” button.
If you cannot track the logistics information within 3 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service in time, and we will help you check the situation.
6. Customs & Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
The amount of customs duties and taxes varies by the destination country/region’s customs policy and the value of the package. We will provide a commercial invoice with the package to facilitate customs clearance, but we cannot predict or control the specific amount of duties and taxes. If you have questions about local customs policies, we recommend that you consult the local customs department before placing an order.

7. Shipping Notes
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete (including street number, city, postcode, country/region, and contact phone number). If a package is returned or loss due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping cost or loss.
- If you are not available to receive the package when the logistics company delivers it, the logistics company will usually leave a notice and arrange a re-delivery or let you pick it up at the designated location. Please pay attention to the logistics notice in time to avoid package delay or loss.
- For fragile products, we will use professional shockproof and protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. If the product is damaged during transportation, please take photos of the package and the damaged product within 72 hours after receiving it, and contact our customer service for after-sales processing.
- During peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), order processing and shipping time may be extended by 1-2 working days. We recommend that you place your order in advance to ensure that you receive the product on time.
