1. Shipping Destinations

Our shipping location is Guangdong, China.We ship to most countries, including but not limited to North America (USA, Canada), Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.), Asia (Japan, Singapore, Australia, etc.), South America, Africa and Oceania. For remote areas that are difficult to deliver, our customer service will contact you via email within 2 working days to confirm the delivery plan or adjust the order.

2. Order Processing Time

After you place an order successfully, we will process your order within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The processing includes order verification, product quality inspection, packaging and handover to the logistics partner. If the product is out of stock temporarily, we will notify you via email in time and inform you of the expected restock time and delivery schedule.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We cooperate with well-known international logistics companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, China Post Registered Air Mail, etc.) to provide different shipping options for you to choose from. The delivery time varies according to the shipping method and your receiving address, as shown below (the time is calculated after order processing is completed):

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method and your receiving address. You can view the shipping cost at the checkout page: after selecting your shipping address and products, the system will automatically calculate and display the total amount (product price + shipping cost).The shipping may not be accurate,you can contact us via email,we can provide an accurate for shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number and a link to track the logistics status. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website, entering the “My Orders” page, and clicking the “Track Order” button.

If you cannot track the logistics information within 3 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service in time, and we will help you check the situation.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that our product prices do not include customs duties, taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax) or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the local customs or logistics company when the package is delivered.

The amount of customs duties and taxes varies by the destination country/region’s customs policy and the value of the package. We will provide a commercial invoice with the package to facilitate customs clearance, but we cannot predict or control the specific amount of duties and taxes. If you have questions about local customs policies, we recommend that you consult the local customs department before placing an order.

7. Shipping Notes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete (including street number, city, postcode, country/region, and contact phone number). If the package is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be responsible for it, and you may need to bear the re-shipping cost or loss.
  • If you are not available to receive the package when the logistics company delivers it, the logistics company will usually leave a notice and arrange a re-delivery or let you pick it up at the designated location. Please pay attention to the logistics notice in time to avoid package delay or loss.
  • For fragile products, we will use professional shockproof and protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. If the product is damaged during transportation, please take photos of the package and the damaged product within 72 hours after receiving it, and contact our customer service for after-sales processing.
